This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which HonyeeTech accepts returns and issues refunds for industrial automation products purchased through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining product safety and compliance standards.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Products may be eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:
The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
The product is not customized or made-to-order (customized items are generally non-returnable unless defective).
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Customized or made-to-order products
Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or accident
Consumables or accessories that have been opened or used (e.g., cables, connectors, small parts)
Products without original packaging or missing parts
3. Return Request Procedure

Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if eligible.
Ship the product back to the designated address provided by HonyeeTech. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (wrong product shipped or defective item).
Partial refunds may apply if the product shows signs of use or damage beyond normal inspection.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect items.
Replacement items will be shipped after the defective item is returned and inspected.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photos of the damage or defect.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after confirming the issue.
Reshipping fees or restocking fees may apply depending on the situation.
7. Restocking Fee
Customer-initiated returns: Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Defective or incorrect items: HonyeeTech covers the return shipping costs or arranges courier pickup.
8. Shipping Costs for Returns
If a shipment is returned due to:
Incorrect address
Customer refusing to pay import duties
Receiver unavailable
Customer refusal to accept package
Reshipping fees or restocking fees may apply.
